High-Performance Ultramatic® Transmission
The Grizzly EPS XT-R is equipped with a gated shifter, dual-range drive (Hi/Lo), plus reverse gear and is available as the most advanced—and durable CVT drive system in the industry.
The automatic centrifugal clutch maintains constant belt tension to reduce wear, and the sprag clutch results in natural all-wheel engine braking.

Yamaha On-Command® 4WD Exclusive
The three-position 4WD On-Command® system lets you switch between 2WD and 4WD with limited slippage and entirely locked differential 4WD, all with the press of a button.
The disregard button allows the engine to reach maximum rpm in full differential lock mode.
High-Mounted Air Intake
Handle mud and water confidently thanks to the high-mounted Grizzly EPS XT-R air intake layout. The design improves power and torque while providing additional space for onboard storage and toolless air filter servicing.
A separate inlet reduces the temperature of the drive system and helps prevent the ingress of water and dirt into the drive container.
Stainless Steel Exhaust

27-inch XT-R Tire Package
The Grizzly EPS XT-R is ready to climb with large Maxxis® ‘Zilla’ Zilla tires mounted on strong, lightweight aluminum rims for deep mud, scree slopes, and poor traction terrain.
Zilla’s tires use a two-compound sidewall and an extra-tough carcass construction to handle anything you can throw at it. And with a suitable size of the front and rear tires, replacement on the highway is simplified.
