2023 Honda FourTrax Foreman 4X4  – Compact and lightweight, Foreman’s semi-dry air valve design creates a shorter engine from top to bottom and improves handling by lowering the center of gravity and increasing the free distance to the ground.

FourTrax Foreman is equipped with a powerful 518cc engine that produces much horsepower and torque. That improves Foreman’s overall performance and also provides the excellent hill-climbing ability.

INVERTED ELECTRICITY

Available on the Electric Shift Program (ESP) model, this single-lever represents a major improvement in comfort and ease of operation.

This is especially useful when repeatedly moving forward to backward, such as plowing snow.

ELECTRONIC DIFFERENTIAL KEY

When it’s in 4WD mode and needs power to both front wheels, rotate the switch on the electronic differential lock to maximize available traction. The vehicle display will notify you when the diff key is fully activated.

TRAXLOK®

The sturdy TraxLok system makes it possible to choose a 2WD or 4WD, giving it little freedom to choose between lighter steering (in 2WD) and maximizing available traction (in 4WD).

ELECTRIC POWER STEERING (EPS)

Honda’s Electric Power Steering (on the Foreman EPS model) reduces steering and kickback efforts through handlebars.

To swipe up or down, you only need to press one of the two buttons mounted on the handlebars. Since there is no foot-mover lever, ESP is also a bonus when riding heavy boots covered in mud or snow.

FUEL INJECTION

Foreman delivers better fuel efficiency and lower emissions by incorporating oxygen sensors into the system. The ECU directly adjusts the fuel injection mapping to suit driving conditions for maximum fuel efficiency.

LIQUID COOLING

With a time-tested, liquid-cooled Honda engine to provide a more consistent operating temperature and greater power than comparable air-cooled engines. This adds to better performance and longer engine life.

LONGITUDINAL ENGINE LAYOUT

Orienting the engine crankshaft from front to back can direct the flow of power directly to the wheels without turning the right angle unnecessarily, reducing powertrain friction and making more grunts to the ground.

DRIVESHAFT GUARDS
